Below are the scoring criteria for the IELTS writing task.
The first step,
The designated topic is "Example topic: Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

You should write at least 250 words.》
Answer four times according to different standards of 9, 8, 7 and 6 points.
Your answer to different scores should be preceded by the title [Answer to [different scores]]
In the second step, after completing the first step, you need to explain why your answer will not get a higher or lower score among 9, 8, 7, and 6 points. You must quote the sentences of the answer to explain specifically the difference between these answers in "completion of writing tasks, coherence and cohesion, vocabulary richness, grammatical diversity and accuracy".
In other words, quote statements from your 9, 8, 7, and 6-point answers to explain why your answer received a certain score in terms of "completion of writing tasks, coherence and cohesion, vocabulary richness, grammatical variety and accuracy."

9 points:

Writing task response: Comprehensively respond to each part of the writing task, put forward a fully developed point of view on the issues in the writing task, and put forward relevant, fully extended and well-supported arguments.
Coherence and cohesion: free use of cohesion means, coherent writing, and skillful use of paragraphs
Vocabulary richness: Use a rich vocabulary, be able to use and master complex vocabulary features naturally; rarely make minor mistakes, and they are only clerical errors
Grammatical Variety and Accuracy: Full flexibility and accuracy in the use of a wide variety of grammatical structures; minor errors are rare and only clerical errors
8 points:

Response to writing tasks: Fully respond to each part of the writing task, provide a more fully developed response to the issues in the writing task, and put forward relevant, extended and argumentative arguments.
Coherence and connection: Arrange information and arguments logically, use various connection methods appropriately, and make full and reasonable use of paragraphs
Vocabulary richness: Use a rich vocabulary fluently and flexibly, express ideas accurately, and skillfully use uncommon vocabulary, but occasionally make mistakes in word selection and matching, and make few mistakes in spelling and/or word formation.
Grammatical diversity and accuracy: Use a rich variety of grammatical structures, most sentences are accurate, and errors or inappropriateness only occur in rare cases.

Response to writing tasks: Respond to each part of the writing task. In the process of responding to the writing task, a clear point of view is always presented, and the main arguments are presented, developed and demonstrated. However, sometimes there is a tendency to overgeneralize and/or the arguments lack focus.
Coherence and cohesion: Organizes information and arguments logically; clear prose develops throughout the text, uses a range of cohesive devices appropriately, although sometimes under- or over-used, and each paragraph has a clear central theme
Vocabulary richness: Use sufficient vocabulary, demonstrate certain flexibility and accuracy, use uncommon vocabulary, have a certain understanding of style and collocation, and may occasionally make mistakes in word choice, spelling and/or word formation.
Grammatical diversity and accuracy: Use a variety of complex grammatical structures, most sentences are accurate, have a good grasp of grammar and punctuation, but sometimes make a few mistakes
6 points:

Writing task response: Responded to various parts of the writing task, but some parts may be more fully argued than others. A relevant point was raised, although various conclusions were sometimes unclear or repetitive. Multiple relevant main arguments were presented, but some arguments may not be fully developed or unclear.
Coherence and cohesion: Organizes information and arguments coherently, generally develops the text clearly, and uses cohesion devices effectively, but sometimes the cohesion within and/or between sentences is incorrect or too mechanical, sometimes fails to maintain consistent clarity or uses references appropriately, writes in paragraphs, but fails to maintain logic between paragraphs
Vocabulary richness: Use enough vocabulary to carry out writing tasks, try to use uncommon vocabulary, but sometimes use it inaccurately, make mistakes in spelling and/or word formation, but do not affect communication
Grammatical diversity and accuracy: Uses a combination of simple and complex sentence patterns. There are some errors in grammar and punctuation, but these errors rarely affect communication.
