1. **Define the problem**

4. **OKRs**
-From the overall understanding formed after the full response, set one or more objectives — no more than 3.

-Key results must be ambitious and bold, and need not be conventional;
-Key results must be output- or outcome-based and measurable, with a scoring standard set;
