Update Policy

Verification cycles and stale-information warnings for pricing, product features, reference pages, and tracked events.

Review cycles

  • Pricing, subscriptions, and free allowances: 30 days.
  • Product features, models, availability, and open-source status: 45 days.
  • General reference pages: 90 days.
  • News, retirements, and compliance changes: continuously tracked with editorial review.

Statuses

  • Verified: sources matched the page on the verification date.
  • Needs review: evidence is incomplete, the product is changing, or the review window has elapsed.
  • Outdated: material information is known to be inaccurate and should not guide a decision.

After expiry

The site shows a warning until an editor rechecks the sources. Changing a date without reviewing the underlying content does not count as an update.

Change logs

Changes to conclusions, scores, material pricing structure, test candidates, or methodology are recorded. Minor copy edits need not be listed separately.
