NextLevel.AI is a business voice AI platform with inbound reception, outbound follow-up and call-center offerings, alongside website voice and text chat. For teams answering routine questions, capturing enquiries, scheduling appointments and transferring callers, its purpose is to connect conversations to subsequent business actions.

Inbound, outbound and website reception

The official receptionist offering answers phone and website enquiries from an approved knowledge base, captures contact details, checks a connected calendar and books or reschedules appointments. It can create transcripts, summaries and follow-up records after conversations. Fields written to other systems depend on the integration and configured permissions.

Outbound offerings cover sales contact and follow-up. The website also describes SMS, WhatsApp and email options. Budget channel usage separately from the fixed subscription; a phone plan should not be treated as unlimited access to every channel.

Human handoff and integrations

The vendor's transfer offering routes calls using intent, urgency and information already collected, passing context to the receiving person. We recommend testing successful handoff, busy agents and unavailable destinations during a pilot. An ongoing conversation alone does not establish a successful transfer.

The integration guide describes a SIP Bridge, Asterisk routing and LiveKit orchestration. It calls for explicit records, read/write permissions, failure handling and a human owner. Before purchasing, test a complete workflow with your actual phone service, CRM fields and calendar. Check the final records rather than judging from a voice demo alone.

Voice allowances, concurrency, languages and integration scope vary by tier. The platform's total language count does not establish the languages available on its entry plan. Ask the vendor to confirm your Chinese dialect, mainland China numbers and required carrier individually. These unverified capabilities are not marked as supported here.

How we suggest evaluating it

We recommend a limited pilot for support, sales operations or appointment teams with a defined phone workflow, a knowledge base and someone responsible for integrations. The platform combines telephony, conversation records and business actions, but deployment still requires integration and acceptance work. For generating a piece of narration, consider ElevenLabs first.

Start with one measurable workflow, such as opening-hours enquiries and appointment booking. Prepare cases covering routine questions, missing information, recognition errors and human transfer. Check answer accuracy, actual calendar writes and whether summaries reach the correct record. Use total cost per valid appointment or resolved enquiry to decide whether to expand, including phone service, messaging and implementation costs alongside the monthly fee.
