Meta will adopt it after mass production in 2028, and Qualcomm set a target of $15 billion in data-center revenue by 2029.
On June 24, TechCrunch reported that two core figures in Gemini's development, Jonas Adler and Alexander Pritzel, left Google for Anthropic; about a week earlier, Noam Shazeer, one of the Transformer authors, also left—for OpenAI.
